Relevant believes in accountability and having a covering of lay leaders who serve in the church. This group of leaders is what we refer to as Deacons. They meet once a month to review financial reports and deal with the routine business of the assembly.  We greatly appreciate and respect each one of these individuals.  While the Lead Pastor serves as the chairman of the church board, the other members are elected by the congregation to serve three year terms.

Relevant also submits to the oversight of the Northern Missouri District Council of the Assemblies of God and the General Council of the Assemblies of God.
